Micron Level Aluminum Processing Machine

Aluminum is a silver-white metal which are easy to extend, and its processing parts  are widely used in our daily life, due to its good conductivity, thermal conductivity, ductility, easy casting molding and so on.
The density of Aluminum is 2.70 g/cm3, only about one-third of that of iron.

the treated aluminum alloy is more tough, and has a metallic luster. According to the difference of composition, we can divide the aluminium alloy into several series:

1000 Series
Also named pure Aluminum series,the aluminum content is high, the surface treatment is good, its corrosion resistance is best in the aluminum alloy, but the strength is low.(Reference Model:1060,1080,1085)
[The purity is 99.6%, 99.8%, 99.85%, respectively]

2000 Series
Copper content is high,  about 3-5%,with high hardness, and poor corrosion resistance.(Reference Model:2024, 2A16, 2A02)

3000 Series
Manganese element content is between 1.0-1.5%,with  good antirust function.(Reference Model:3003,3105,3A21)

4000 Series
Silicon content is between 4.5-6.0%, with good corrosion resistance, high strength.(Reference Model: 4A01、4000)

5000 Series
Magnesium content is between 3-5%, can also be called Al-Mg alloy.The main features are low density, high tensile strength, high elongation rate.(Reference Model:5052、5005、5083、5A05)

6000 Series
Mainly including magnesium and silicon elements,suitable for the application of high corrosion resistance and oxidation requirements.(Reference Model:6061)

7000 Series
It’s Al-Mg-Zn-Cu alloy,which belongs to the Aviation series,with good abrasion resistance.(Reference Model:7075)


CNC Machining:

The main methods of processing aluminum are rolling, extruding, stretching and forging.Our aluminum processing machine has 16 sizes and different processing drills for different types of processing requirements.We can process the area not larger than 400*600 mm, and the tolerance  of finished product reaches ±0.02 mm.

Sand Blasting:

It’s the process of cleaning and coarsening the substrate surface with the impact of high velocity sand flow. The main purpose of this step is to burnish the surface.The following pictures show the difference.

Oxidized coloring

A layer of oxide film (Al2O3) is produced on the surface of aluminum and its alloy products by artificial method, and different colors are applied to improve the wear resistance of aluminum, prolong the service life and increase the color appearance.All colors are available from us,and the tolerance reach micron level.(0.005mm)
