1.What principles should be followed for the arrangement of CNC machining sequence?
The arrangement of processing order should be considered according to the structure and the blank condition of the part, and the need of locating clamping, the emphasis is that the rigidity of the workpiece is not destroyed. The order should generally be in accordance with the following principles:
① The CNC machining of the working procedure can not affect the positioning and clamping of the next procedure, and the machining procedure of the common machine tool should be considered synthetically in the middle.
② First, the internal cavity processing sequence, after the shape processing process.
③ With the same positioning, clamping mode or the same knife CNC machining process is best connected to reduce the number of repeated positioning, change the number of knives and the number of moving plate.
④ In the same installation of the multi-channel process, the workpiece should be arranged before the process of small rigidity damage.
2.How to choose the path of the knife?
The path of the cutter is the trajectory and direction of the tool relative to the machined part in the process of NC machining. The reasonable selection of the processing route is very important, because it is related to the CNC machining precision and the surface quality of the parts. In determining the pass route is the main consideration for the following points:
①Ensure the machining accuracy of the parts is required.
②Convenient numerical calculation, reduce programming workload.
③To seek the shortest CNC machining route, reduce the time of empty knives to improve CNC machining efficiency.
④Minimize the number of program segments.
⑤ To ensure that the workpiece contour surface after CNC machining roughness requirements, the final contour should be arranged for the last pass continuous processing.
